How does couple therapy online work?
The online couple therapy is not much different from the counseling in my practice in Berlin. During the initial consultation, we will take a close look at what is going wrong in your relationship.

What are your wishes and goals in couples therapy?
In the first session we start with exploring what you want instead of the current state of your relationship, where the potential for change lies. This knowledge and clarity is often the first step for a successful change process. You will then be given homework for the next appointment that will have a further major impact on your relationship. And that way the first session often already has the effect that the couples answer the question “How is it?” In the second session with “Better”.
